Refund Policy

1. All Fees Are Final and Non-Refundable

All fees paid to SparkXLearn are final and non-refundable. This includes — but is not limited to — tuition fees, registration fees, application fees, assessment fees, convenience/processing fees, and any other charges related to enrollment or the program.

2. No Refunds Under Any Circumstances

Once payment is completed (full or partial), no refund or cancellation request will be accepted, at any time, for any reason. This applies irrespective of whether:

• The student withdraws or discontinues the course
• The student misses classes or chooses not to attend live/recorded sessions
• The student fails to complete assignments, assessments, or any part of the program
• The student changes mind due to personal reasons, scheduling conflicts, dissatisfaction, or a change in interest
• The student's personal circumstances change (e.g., health issues, relocation, financial difficulties)
• The student is under any financing or payment plan arrangement
• The student is unable to understand or keep up with the course content

3. Our Training Methodology - Live Projects with Complete Transparency

At SparkXLearn, we are committed to providing practical, real-world training through live projects with complete transparency. Our teaching methodology is designed to give you hands-on experience working on actual projects, ensuring you gain industry-relevant skills.

4. Program Change or Pause Does Not Trigger Any Refund

If a student requests a "Program Change" (to a different course) or a "Program Pause/Deferment," any fees already paid will not be refunded. Such requests will only allow transfer of benefits (if applicable), but not refund.

5. No Transfer of Refund or Fee to Another Student

Fees are linked to the student enrolled and cannot be transferred or re-assigned to another person under any circumstances. Each enrollment is personal and non-transferable.

6. Access Cessation Upon Withdrawal

Access to all SparkXLearn resources will cease immediately upon student's withdrawal or cancellation. This includes access to:

• Live sessions and recorded lectures
• Course materials, assignments, and assessments
• Learning Management System (LMS)
• Community groups and forums
• Support services and mentorship
• Placement assistance and career guidance
• Any other program-related resources

7. No Partial Refunds, Pro-Rated Refunds, or Exceptions

SparkXLearn does not offer prorated refunds for partly attended courses, unused course materials, or non-usage of resources. This policy applies uniformly to all students regardless of:

• How much of the course has been completed
• How many sessions have been attended
• How many assignments have been submitted
• Any other usage metrics

8. Before Enrolling - Important Considerations

Before enrolling and making any payment, students are urged to thoroughly review:

• Course details, syllabus, and curriculum
• Delivery format and teaching methodology (live projects with transparency)
• Schedule and time commitments required
• Program benefits and learning outcomes
• Financial commitment and payment terms
• Technical requirements and prerequisites
• Sample content, course previews, or free resources if available

By completing payment, the student agrees to the terms and conditions of this No-Refund Policy and acknowledges that they will not be eligible for any refund in any situation.

9. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider, we reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your account immediately
• Deny future course enrollments
• Pursue legal action if the chargeback is found to be fraudulent
• Revoke access to all courses and services permanently

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback. Our support team is available to address any questions or issues you may have.

10. Modifications to This Policy

SparkXLearn reserves the right to update or revise this No-Refund Policy at any time, without prior notice. Continued enrollment or payment after such modifications will imply acceptance of the revised policy. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically.

11. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

Any disputes or claims arising in connection with this policy or enrollment shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts as per our company's registered address. We encourage all parties to resolve disputes amicably through direct communication.
